Find out the most popular baby names from 1951 - 2021 with the interactive dashboard. The Baby Names dashboard has 3 tabs. Click on one of the three tabs, filter according to what you are interested in and view the trends.
Tab 1 is the Live Bar Chart. A live bar chart of the top 10 baby names over the period of 1951 - 2021 will show a graph with the years on the x-axis and the number of babies with that name on the y-axis. The chart is "live" in the sense that no selection of filter or hover is required as it plays the top 10 baby names over the period.
Tab 2 is Top 10 Baby Names. A bar graph where you can select the gender and year to reveal the top 10 baby names for that specific year.
Tab 3 is the Trendy Names Explorer. A line graph where you can select gender, names and years to reveal the baby name trend.
