COVID-19 dashboard

The COVID-19 tracker dashboard is designed to allow users discover the trend of COVID-19 cases, distribution of COVID-19 cases among different age groups, and the spread of the novel COVID-19 cases in NSW state in NSW.


There are three COVID-19 dashboards including line graph, bar chart and map. The dashboards are equipped with a filter that allows users to filter dates, test types and/or postcodes. The dashboard is designed to be interactive, users can filter and view changes in each dashboard.  

 

The map shows total confirmed COVID-19 cases by postcodes. A unique colour has been allocated to each suburb to identify the suburb boundaries. The map can be filtered by test type, postcode and date. One postcode can have multiple Local Government Areas (LGA). Upon hovering over a postcode area, a pop up bar graph will show the number of cases by postcode and break down of cases according to LGA areas in that postcode

The line graph shows the total number of COVID-19 cases according to date. The line graph can be filtered by test type and date. Hover your mouse over the graph to see the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases for a specific date.

 

The bar graph shows the total number of COVID-19 cases by age group. Filter by dates to view the total number of COVID-19 cases by different age groups. Age groups are sorted in ascending order, the first age group 0-19 has 9 years of age gap whole the other age groups have 4 years age gap.
