The NSW Insights Hub brings sentiment, experiential and behavioural data together in the first whole of government insights hub, focused on delivering a holistic 360 degrees view of NSW customers and businesses. The customer and business insights are powered by an extensive and ever-growing list of sentiment, experiential and behavioural datasets consisting of:
- Customer and Business Sentiment Surveys reaching over 90 thousand individuals and 30 thousand small and medium businesses to date
- Customer Experience Survey reaching over 30 thousand individuals and businesses per year
- Real world behavioural datasets sourced directly from government agencies and commercial businesses, with timely data feeds to triangulate against sentiment and experiential data to create diagnostic insights and helping to formulate effective and targeted policy.
