This statement accompanies the development application made in respect of the carrying out of work, being the filling of land on the section of the proposed National Highway interim connections, F3 Freeway to the New England Highway, which lies within the boundaries of Wetland No 841a gazetted in accordance with State Environmental Planning Policy no. 14.
