The final agreed scope of this GIPA application was as follows:

1) Requests received by Revenue NSW from the MO (Minister’s Office) concerning the Hotline.

2) Revenue NSW’s responses to those Hotline requests from the MO.

3) Any Revenue NSW initiated briefs to the MO regarding the Hotline.

4 (a) Any request received from, or response submitted to, the MO regarding the Hotline spreadsheet that was subsequently released to the media and subject to an alleged privacy breach

4 (b) All documents between Revenue NSW and the MO about the alleged privacy breach

4 (c) Any information held by Revenue NSW on whether the Hotline spreadsheet is provided to the MO on a regular basis or is only prepared and provided in response to a specific request from the MO and who else the Hotline spreadsheet is disseminated to?
