Due to large storage size, data are supplied as three separate "zones" within the Central West/Lachlan CMAs:; Zone West includes Booligal, Cargelligo, Cootamundra, Cobar, Hay, Ivanhoe, Narrandera & Nymagee map tiles.; Zone Central includes Forbes, Narromine, Nyngan & Walgett; Zone East includes Bathurst, Dubbo, Gilgandra, Goulburn, Narrabri, Singleton, Sydney & Tamworth.; ; The mapping process involved three main steps: 1) segmentation of Spot5 2.5m resolution imagery into paddock scales objects using 'Definiens' software; 2) attributing the polygons with data derived from landsat raster data, and; 3) classifying the polygons into landcover categories based on the attribute data.
